About the Dresden files books you reblogged about. There's a tv-show with the same name about a magician doing random detective work and helping people etc. Just wondering if the show is based on the books. If it is, then i should most likely read them :)
You should read them! The show is loosely based on the books (with some notable changes) but it’s pretty easy to pick up. The books are fantastic, the first one is Storm Front by Jim Butcher.
I think you run a cool blog, and your wife is hot and your lucky to have her but what the fuck is with all the bondage? Seriously.
To answer in order:
She totally is.
I totally am. (Also, you’re. Sorry, it bothers me.)
I don’t post much bondage on this blog, do I? I mean, I checked my archive for the past week or two, and nothing really stood out, so maybe this was more a question for my other blog? Either way, it’s something I enjoy, and it’s something she enjoys, too. So I guess I’m not really sure where you want me to go with this question, feel free to elaborate, if you want.
I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes.
Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re Doing Something.
So that’s my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.
“Mom, I’m fat. But big deal. I don’t feel bad about it, and you never made me feel bad about it. And just because there are people out there who want me to feel bad about it doesn’t mean I have to. So Bobby Hill’s fat. He’s also funny, he’s nice, he’s got a lot of friends, a girlfriend. And if you don’t mind, I think I’ll go outside right now and squirt her with water. What are you going to do?”—Bobby Hill, King of the Hill (via eikelmann)
